Richard and Su Rogers built 22 Parkside between 1968 and 1970 for his parents, Nino and Dada, as two single-storey glass-and-steel pavilions set around a central courtyard and assembled from a prefabricated system. The family has given it to the National Trust through the Richard Rogers Charitable Settlement, and it opens on Saturday 12 September as part of Open House London.
